FitBit decides to finally shut down the web-based activity groups, making this site finally obsolete. At time of closing, the site indexed 87,022 FitBit groups acrossed the world! And in the past 15 months there were 18,047 API requests!
The APIs have been shut down, and the stats page has been removed.
Happy New Year! A new stats page has been added to help anyone see how up to date the site is.
Fixed a bug that was causing groups to not be properly synced to the backend database. All has been fixed and over 4,000 groups have been added!
Site re-launched on AWS! New site powdered by S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, and Lambda (python).
Beta site launched! New look and now tracks day-to-day details of groups - something FitBit doesn't do. This provides insights into all members within a group and gave you a sense of group "activeness".
